Payment

• I will only start a commission after first payment has been received.

• I will share finished commission after second payment.

• I accept both Points and Paypal, but PayPal commissions will have extra fee.

• When the payment is with points, send the points to my donation pool or as a 'gift'.

• Please don't ask for more than one type of commission at a time.

Deadlines and waiting times

• I only accept deadlines for thumbnails and stills; everything else can wait. My personal life and health comes first.

• For thumbnails, notify me a month or two before the deadline and let me know exactly what you're wanting. Don't just say, "Hey, make me a thumbnail." I want details! If there's no deadline, then expect a wait time for up to four months. With my personal life and health, I'm simply unable to schedule my drawing times, since it's very irregular. If the waiting time would exceed half a year however, you may drop a reminder.

• For stills, notify me eight months before the deadline and show me examples of every expression/pose you want. If there's no deadline, expect a wait time for up to a month.

• For short comic strips, expect a wait time up to a year.

• For normal commissions (i.e., full bodies with shading/lighting), please expect a wait time up to half a year.

• The only commission types with a waiting period up to a year, are paintings and stills; this is because they take longer to do than regular commissions.

• The 'sketch' commissions have the shortest waiting time, since I draw them as stress relievers in between other artworks. They will be finished anywhere within a month.

Refunds

• If your waiting time for a normal commission would be longer than half a year, I will offer a full refund.

• If, for the advanced commissions, the waiting time for be longer than a year, I will offer a full refund.

• For all commissions, if you really need a refund because, for example, something has come up and you desperately need the money, drop a note/dm and we'll discuss it.

• If any steps were completed already, I will keep a certain amount. For example, you commission a regular fullbody with soft shading/lighting, a simple background, and some effects; if you ask for a refund when only half the stages were completed, I'll keep half of the payment.

Work In Progress (WIP)

• You can always check my to-do list of my commissions on Trello (link will be provided on my profile page). It shows you if I have finished the sketching, lineart, flatcolour, shading, and anything else stages of a commission.

• For regular commissions, I will always provide a WIP of the sketch that I initially make and send it through a note; just to check if there are no mistakes!

• If you want more WIPs, you will have to ask for them yourself in a note in advance.

• I usually don't offer WIPs for advanced commissions, but might share progress on Twitter or Discord!

• I don't offer WIPs for sketches, because it will increase the waiting time, and I'm supposed to do them in between other art. I basically just draw them in one go.

Does and don'ts for me

• I always have the right to decline your commission, without giving my reasons (don't worry, this doesn't really happen often!)

• If you're not sure about an idea or design, feel free to ask, I never bite!

• I'm allowed to use the finished artwork in my portfolio and to upload it to my own page.

Does and don'ts for you

• Do communicate with me, and give me details in your note! For advanced and normal commissions, I don't mind receiving lots of references for a character; better too many than too little! I also love reading about a character's background and personality, it helps me in getting ideas ;D

• When a commission is finished, you will receive a full HD version of it. However, I will add a watermark and I ask you kindly not to remove it either. No worries, it won't be in the way of the image or anything! When you buy a traditional artwork like a painting, it will also always contain the artist's signature, right?

• If you post the commission somewhere, please link back to my profile page or to the page where I uploaded the commission.

• You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. any way that earns you profit in any way), such as selling prints, using the artwork in a game, printing it in an artbook. Of course, you can print it for yourself, but in no way are you allowed to re-sell the artwork.

• Most important of all, DO NOT ask if I could lower the pricings on any of the commissions. The prices are like this for a reason and to ask for them to be lowered is disrespectful and entitling. Nobody likes to deal with a Karen so don't act like one. (Sorry to all the nice Karens out there; your names have been unnecessarily tarnished.)

I'll just get straight into it; I won't be finishing the rest of the YCHs. There's just way too many to do and I don't have the same time and energy (physically and mentally) that I used to have. I'm so sorry to everyone who were so eager to see their characters show off their pride; I'd be pretty disappointed too. So if you wish for a refund, let me know via comments or Notes and I'll send you back your points whenever I can.

Okay, I know I said that I was gonna keep the pride YCH open until the end of June to give people the opportunity to show off their pride, but this was before I realized how many people this was gonna attract; I created my to-do list for that very reason. Now it's gotten way too long for me to deal with. This is your fault, it's mine. I should've put a limit on myself when I knew deep down that I put way too much on my plate. Now don't worry, I'm still doing your YCH regardless of whether you paid yet or not, but I won't be accepting any more requests for the time being. Thank you for understanding.
